# Redgres

> Self-hosted control plane for one PostgreSQL cluster and one Redis instance on an Ubuntu VPS.

Redgres is a Go and React operator console plus a raw package installer. It is not a hosted DBaaS (Supabase, Neon) and not an ORM (Prisma, Drizzle). Client apps connect with psql, pgx, Prisma, Drizzle, or any PostgreSQL driver.

Supported targets: Ubuntu 24.04 or 26.04, PostgreSQL 17 or 18, Redis 8.2 or 8.8. Not production-accepted.
